Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the contracting and use of the Zapext extension ("Zapext", "Service", "we"). By installing the extension, creating an account, or contracting any paid plan, you ("User" or "Customer") declare you have read, understood and fully agree with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Provider Identification

Zapext is operated by the legal entity described on the About page, headquartered in Brazil. For contractual, fiscal or legal matters, use the email on the Contact page.

2. Service Description

Zapext is a browser extension running on top of the official WhatsApp Web. The Service adds CRM features (Kanban, labels, quick messages), automation (chatbot, scheduled messages, paced bulk messaging), multi-agent and reporting. Zapext is not affiliated, authorized, maintained or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Account

1. User must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract.
2. Registration requires true, complete and up-to-date information.
3. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. User must maintain password confidentiality.

4. Plans, Payments and Refund

1. Current plans and prices are described on the Plans page.
2. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Zapext does not store credit card data.
3. 7-day unconditional guarantee: User can request full refund within 7 days from first charge, no justification required.
4. After 7 days, cancellations are processed for the next billing cycle.

5. Permitted Use

User commits to use the Service only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp's Commercial Messaging Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

• Sending bulk messages to recipients without prior consent (opt-in);
• Distributing illegal, fraudulent, offensive, discriminatory or rights-infringing content;
• Attempting to bypass technical limits or WhatsApp's anti-spam systems;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code;
• Reselling the Service without prior written authorization from Zapext.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Zapext extension belong exclusively to Zapext. User receives a personal, non-transferable license limited to the contracted plan.

8. Liability Limitations

Zapext makes best efforts to maintain Service operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Zapext is not liable for WhatsApp number suspensions caused by misuse, data loss due to local computer failures, or indirect/consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts effectively paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and Termination

Zapext may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of Terms violation, WhatsApp policy violation, non-payment, fraud, or judicial order.

10. Terms Updates

These Terms may be modified at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.

11. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The forum of Zapext's headquarters is elected for dispute resolution.
