Cadence
Timing pattern between messages to avoid blocking.
Cadence is the timing pattern between sent messages — intervals, batches, times. Human cadence mimics the natural rhythm of conversation. Robotic cadence is detected by WhatsApp and leads to blocking.
Why cadence matters
The WhatsApp anti-spam algorithm notes: sending 50 messages in the same second is humanly impossible, therefore, it is a bot. Random cadence between 5-30 seconds imitates real typing, batch of 10-20 messages imitates "responding to several at once", pause of 10-30 minutes between batches imitates "went to the bathroom".
Cadence by number age
| Number age | Interval between sends | Lot | Pause between batches |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0-7 days | Do not send | — | — |
| 7-30 days | 30-60s random | 5-10 | 20-40 min |
| 30-90 days | 20-45s random | 10-20 | 15-30 min |
| 90+ days | 15-30s random | 15-30 | 10-20 min |
Signs of wrong cadence
- Frequent "undelivered" messages.
- WhatsApp Web status disconnecting alone.
- Temporary blocking (24h) — first warning of excess.
- Permanent ban — last season.
Text variation
Along with the temporal cadence, vary the text: "Hello, how are you?" alternates with "Hi, how are you?" Zapext allows you to define 3-5 variations per message; the system chooses randomly for each submission.
