A person who showed interest in your product and shared some contact info.

Lead is anyone who entered your commercial radar — opened a WhatsApp chat, downloaded content, clicked an ad. A lead isn't a customer — it's a prospect.

Types of lead

  • Cold lead — interested but not ready. Needs nurturing.
  • MQL — showed clear interest (asked for quote/demo).
  • SQL — has budget, timeline, decision-maker.
  • Hot lead — ready to close.
