Lead is anyone who entered your commercial radar — opened a WhatsApp chat, downloaded content, clicked an ad. A lead isn't a customer — it's a prospect.
Types of lead
- Cold lead — interested but not ready. Needs nurturing.
- MQL — showed clear interest (asked for quote/demo).
- SQL — has budget, timeline, decision-maker.
- Hot lead — ready to close.
